Saddened to learn that longtime technology blogger and writer Om Malik passed away earlier this week. He founded the GigaOm website in 2006 and later wrote on his personal blog, Om.co.

Malik was also a great photographer, with his photos available on PhotosByOm.com and Instagram.

My sincerest condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew him.
